1. Properties and possible usage
This medicine acts as a laxative. Although its usage is mentioned here, the treatment may differ according to the physical constitution, region, season and other ailments. Hence, take the medicine as advised by the doctor.

Constipation, hard stool, gas, heaviness in the stomach, nausea, acidity, jaundice, pain & stiffness in joints, lower back pain, sciatica, lumbar pain, knee-pain | Take 2-4 tablets 1-2 times-a-day with hot water. For better results, take the tablets with lukewarm water on an empty stomach in the morning. Afterwards, do not eat / drink for 1 hour. | 1 month |
2. Note
A. Effectiveness of the tablet increases when it is consumed by chewing or taken in powder form.
B. For children in the age group of 3-7 years & 8-14 years, the dosage should be ¼ and ½ respectively of that specified above.
3. For better efficacy
Avoid consuming eatables made from maida (refined wheat flour) and besan (Gram-flour) and avoid eating sour, salty, too oily or pungent preparations; Ice-cream, molasses, curds, paneer, cheese; stale-food, eating at an inappropriate time and in excess; going out in the Sun, staying awake at night.
