Saints are Seers who can comprehend aspects that are beyond time. Knowledge which is essential for jivas (Embodied souls) on the earth as per the times has been passed on by Saints through Scriptures. Paratpar Guru (Dr.) Athavale has also written over 300 Holy texts that guide the society on all aspects of life and are appropriate for the present times. A picture on the subtle-process taking place while the Incarnate Saint Paratpar Guru (Dr.) Athavale writes Holy texts is given here.
Subtle-process taking place when
Paratpar Guru (Dr.) Athavale compiles Holy texts
Other characteristic features
1. Saints are the sagun (Materialised) forms of God. Every act they perform is as per God’s wish. Therefore, it is God’s wish that Paratpar Guru (Dr.) Athavale should write Holy texts.
2. Since the resolve of Saint Bhaktaraj Maharaj (The Guru Principle) is active in the writings of Paratpar Guru (Dr.) Athavale, He is perceived to be writing Holy texts. In fact, there is no need for any Paratpar Guru who is at the highest spiritual level (like Paratpar Guru (Dr.) Athavale) to write Holy texts. However, it was perceived that He is writing Holy texts for the welfare of mankind and establishing the ‘Hindu Nation’. At other times, Paratpar Guru (Dr.) Athavale is in Shivdasha (The state of being one with Shiv [God Principle]). While writing Holy texts for the samashti, He has to come down from Shivdasha to jivadasha (Existence of the embodied soul).
3. Saints seek necessary knowledge for jivas from the Universal mind and Universal intellect and place it before the society. When Saints are seeking knowledge from the Universal mind and Universal intellect, their Energy of knowledge gets awakened. Every word in the Holy texts written by Saints has Chaitanya (Divine consciousness).
4. Since the knowledge in the Holy texts provide Sat-Chit-Anand (Absolute Truth, Divine knowledge and Bliss), it bestows eternal Bliss. Such knowledge proves to be guidance for many generations for many years.

What do we perceive with the sixth sense ?
We perceive the gross or seen world through the five physical senses (smell, taste, sight, touch and sound), our mind (our feelings), and our intellect (decision-making ability). When it comes to the subtle-world, we perceive it through the five subtle-senses, the subtle-mind and the subtle intellect – this is known as our sixth sense. When this is developed or activated, it helps us experience the subtleworld. This experience of the subtle-world is also known as a ‘spiritual experience’. It is through sixth sense that seekers have obtained Divine knowledge on various topics such as life after death, kundalini awakening etc.
