All the festivals in Hindu Dharma, including religious rituals are related to Deities. The Principle of a specific Deity is present in the atmosphere in a larger proportion on the day of the respective festival or is attracted to the venue where religious rituals of that Deity are being performed. Rangolis too attract and emit the Principles of Deities to a great extent, thus charging the environment.
To attract maximum of Shri Guru’s Principle on Gurupurnima day, draw the rangoli shown on right side.

We are glad you find our content useful.
While we would love to provide a section on regional and traditional recipes, our focus is on helping everyone spiritualise every aspect of our lives. So ensuring that each action associated with the process of cooking and serving is done in a spiritual manner, we can benefit from it. In short, the focus is on spiritual health. You can explore material related to sattvik living (including diet) on – https://www.sanatan.org/en/a/category/practicing-spirituality/hindu-lifestyle
Also we have published numerous books on sattvik living – https://sanatanshop.com/shop/english-books/spirituality-for-a-happy-life/spiritual-living-achardharma/
