Predictions about the severe calamitous times made by Seers, Saints, the Seven Great Sages and Deities

In spite of clear forewarnings of the devastating Third World War, most of the Bharatiyas with their self-centred attitude are engrossed in their luxurious lifestyle and do not realise the seriousness of the crisis. The discussion given further will help in realizing the seriousness in this regard.

1A. Visionaries : Nostradamus was a famous French visionary who lived 400 years ago. The predictions that he made were accurate. Predictions with respect to the First and Second World Wars made by him came true. He has predicted that the Third World War will be so fearsome that that the previous two wars will seem like child’s play.

1B. Saints : The times to come will be so horrendous that even Saints will wish to leave their bodies. H.H. Gagangiri Maharaj, a great Saint had expressed this like many other Saints.

Recently in Kolhapur and Sangli districts of Maharashtra and parts of Kerala, heavy floods created havoc. Seers have made predictions about these calamitous times many years ago and this is all coming true. In 1990 in His Holy text ‘Chaitanyalahari’ a great Saint from Maharashtra, H.H. Gagangiri Maharaj had penned poetry about this fearsome period.

World war, earthquakes and deluges will occur

Old land will get submerged and new land will arise

Coastal line of Bharat will get submerged in the ocean

The sea water will advance 6 miles bringing a deluge.

All the dams across the Krishna River will be razed

And its waters will rise sky high.

Shrishail and Kanakdurga (places of pilgrimage) will get submerged

Also, innumerable cities.

Snow from the Himalayan ranges will melt and descend

Leading to heavy casualty.

Water from the Vindhya mountains will flood several cities,

Dams across rivers will collapse,

Causing deluges on the earth.

Another Saint predicting the future has said, ‘The Third World War can commence any time after 2012 and will be horrendous. Bharat too will be dragged into this. The devastation caused by nuclear warfare will be massive and cities and villages will be wiped out. After the Third World War the entire earth will have to be purified and many Saints will be needed to accomplish this mission. That is why seekers should intensify their spiritual practice’.

1C. Paratpar Guru (Dr.) Jayant Athavale : ‘The Third World War would be extremely terrifying. Bharat too will be dragged into this. The devastation caused by nuclear warfare will be such massive that cities and villages will be wiped out. After the Third World War the entire earth will have to be purified and many Saints will be needed to accomplish this mission. 1D. Great Sages : ‘The upcoming times will be calamitous. The earth will develop cracks due to earthquakes and natural calamities will occur at many places. Aviation accidents will happen. Several losses will be incurred and almost everything will be destroyed. 1E 1. Predictions about the future made by Deity Shri Halsiddhanath : The programme of predictions by the Deity Shri Halsiddhanath was held at Shri Halsiddhanath samadhi (Mausoleum) temple at Appachiwadi-Kurli, Belgavi district in Karnataka. The predictions are made in a particular dialect and rhythm. Similar programmes on predictions about the upcoming calamitous times, were held twice in Sanatan’s Ramnathi ashram in Goa. 1. There will be tsunamis, storms and earthquakes. The world will be warring.

2. Bharat will be ridden with catastrophes such as terrorist attacks, mass killings, daylight dacoities and plunder. 9 lakh women on the banks of River Krishna will be widowed (Implied meaning : In Maharashtra on the banks of River Krishna there will be many deaths). Heavy bloodshed will occur.

3. Rivers will dry up. People will have to buy water. (Implied meaning : Water will be scarce and inflation will rise.)

4. Diseases will spread. There will be shortage of medicines and doctors will be helpless, humans will die spontaneously.

5. Humans should do farming for sustenance.’

Do not make the folly of ignoring
predictions about the calamitous times

‘One day during the Second World War a fakir (Ascetic) wandering near the Mumbai harbour was screaming, ‘If you want to save your life then run away from here’. Presuming him to be a lunatic, people disregarded his screaming.
