A humble request to readers, well-wishers and devout Hindus
1. Sanatan Sanstha intends setting up
‘Solar Energy Projects’ in preparation for the adverse times
Electricity is an essential element of human life. Lack of electricity in the adverse times can cause inconvenience for everyone. Then, it will be necessary to use equipments which are powered by solar energy. It is not possible to predict when the adverse times would set in. Therefore, Sanatan Sanstha intends to set up ‘Solar Energy Projects’ at Sanatan’s Ashrams and Sevakendras across India in preparation for the adverse times. The systems will be set up immediately on roof tops.
2. Benefits of solar energy
Setting up a solar energy project is, in a way, a lifetime investment. This energy saves a lot of electricity. Sanatan Sanstha is trying to become self-reliant in view of the coming adverse times by setting up solar energy projects. This will enable Sanatan Sanstha to continue with its mission of protecting the Nation and bringing about awakening on Dharma in the future as well.
3. The solar energy project will be
set up in 2 phases at an estimated cost of Rs. 2.5 crore
Some well-wishers had previously expressed their desire to help in implementing the project. Considering the expansion of small and large proposed projects at all Ashrams and Sevakendra of Sanatan Sanstha across the country, plenty of funds will be required. In the first phase, a solar power plant of 150 kW capacity will be set up. The project will be ‘hybrid’ (running on batteries and electricity when there is no sunlight) and will cost approximately Rs. 1.5 crore.
In the second phase, depending on the availability of space, a project with a capacity of 100 kW will be set up at a cost of Rs. 1 crore. It costs Rs. 1 lac per kW to set up a solar energy plant.
Readers, well-wishers and devout Hindus can contribute their might in the form of financial assistance for both the solar energy projects.
4. Solar equipment is also required for the solar energy project
Solar equipment which consist of panels, inverters, batteries, cables, etc. which are supplied by approved companies such as Vikram, WAAREE, Adani, Solaredge, Tata Power Solar, etc. are required.
Solar energy professionals in India can contribute to Sanatan Sanstha’s mission to serve the Nation & Dharma by installing independent solar systems of the capacity of 1 kW to 25 kW in the Ashrams free-of-charge or at discounted rates.
Readers, well-wishers and devout Hindus who wish to make solar equipment available for setting up the solar energy project or assist financially may please contact us in any way as mentioned ahead.
