For the erection of the proposed ‘Solar Energy Projects’ at various Ashrams and all Sevakendra of Sanatan Sanstha, assist financially or in the form of material

A humble request to readers, well-wishers and devout Hindus

1. Sanatan Sanstha has an intention to set up
‘solar energy project’ at Ashrams and its various
Sevakendra across India as the preparedness for adverse times

Electricity is an essential element of human life. Lack of electricity in adverse times causes inconvenience for everyone. In such cases, it is necessary to use equipment which are powered by solar energy. It is not possible to predict when the adverse times would occur. Therefore, the Sanstha intends to set up the ‘Solar Energy Project’ at Sanatan’s Ashrams and Sevakendra across India as the preparedness for the adverse times. The system will be set up promptly by using the available roof.

2. Benefits of using solar energy

Setting up a solar energy project is, in a way, a lifetime investment. This energy saves a lot of electricity. The Sanstha is trying to become self-sufficient in view of impending adverse times by setting up this system. This will enable Sanstha to continue its mission of the protection of the Nation and awakening on Dharma in the future as well.

3. The solar energy project will be set up in
Sanatan’s Ashram in two phases at an estimated cost of Rs. 2.5 crore

Some well-wishers had previously expressed their desire to help in erecting the project. Considering the expansion of small and large proposed projects at all Ashrams and Sevakendra across the country, a lot of funds will be required for this. In the first phase, a solar power plant of 150 kilowatt capacity will be set up. The project will be ‘hybrid’ (running on batteries and electricity when there is no sunlight) and will cost approximately Rs. 1.5 crore.

In the second phase, depending on the availability of space, a project with a capacity of 100 kW is to be set up at a cost of Rs. 1 crore. It costs Rs. 1 lakh per kW to set up a solar energy plant. Readers, well-wishers and devout Hindus can contribute their might as the financial assistance to erecting both the solar energy projects.

4. Solar equipment are also required for the solar energy project

Solar equipment which consist of panels, inverters, batteries, cables, etc. which are supplied by approved companies such as Vikram, WAAREE, Adani, Solaredge, Tata Power Solar, etc. , are required.

Solar energy professionals from all over India can contribute to the Sanatan’s mission in the interest of the Nation and Dharma by installing independent solar systems of the capacity of 1 kW to 25 kW in the Ashrams free of cost or at discounted rates.

Readers, well-wishers and devout Hindus who wish to make the solar equipment available for setting up the solar energy project or assist financially may please contact us in any way as mentioned ahead.
