‘We plead at the Holy feet of Shri Bhawanidevi, the Deity who gave Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj the spiritual strength to establish a Hindavi Swarajya (self-rule), to establish a Hindu nation soon’.
Ramnathi (Goa) – This universe created by Deity Brahma is nurtured by Divine Energy (Shakti) Herself ! The one who lives in Vaikunth with Shrivishnu is none other than the Divine Energy. This is the same Shri Bhawanidevi who protected devotees by annihilating so many demons and equipped Chatrapti Shivaji Maharaj to establish a Hindavi kingdom by giving him Her own sword. Chatrapti Shivaji Maharaj worshiped Bhawanidevi, remained devoted unto Her all his life and annihilated enemies shouting the slogan ‘Jai (Long-live) Jagadamba (Primal Mother), Jai Bhawani’ and with Her blessings established a Hindu nation. On January 19, 2020 the same Bhawanidevi arrived at the Sanatan ashram in an atmosphere charged with spiritual emotion and Divine Consciousness. Shri Bhawanidevi has come to the ashram to eliminate spiritual obstacles in the mission of establishing a Hindu nation. In fact Her installation here is a chapter in the history of Sanatan Sanstha to be etched in gold. This event not only made seekers happy but also increased their spiritual emotion.
The procession carrying Her idol moved from Parpatiwada (Bandoda) at 5.25 p.m. amidst slogans of ‘Jai Shri Bhawanidevi’, Jai Bhawani, Jai Ambe’ in a vehicle decorated with flowers, to the Ramnathi ashram.
The procession started with Sadguru (Mrs.) Binda Singbal of Sanatan Sanstha garlanding the idol with flowers and performing aukshan (ritual of moving lit lamps) for Her. Seekers dressed in traditional attire participated in the procession holding saffron flags in the hand with a background music of devotional songs of the Deity on the loudspeaker.
At 6.10 p.m. the idol of Devi arrived at the main entrance to the ashram amidst blowing of conches by priests. Despite being severely ill Paratpar Guru (Dr.) Athavale came to pay His respects to the Devi. Sanatan Sanstha Saints and seekers dressed in traditional attire were waiting to welcome Her with hands folded in obeisance (namaskar). He then offered flowers at Her Holy feet. After this amidst recitation of Vedic mantras Sadguru (Mrs.) Binda Singbal performed ritualistic worship with five substances (panchopchar puja) for Devi.
