Smooth meditation and vision about protection from negative energies after meditating during prescribed time slots
For the past many months, I have been doing spiritual practice under the guidance of the Sanatan. Due to the recent rise in the negative energies (as a result of a decline in spiritual practice in society), the Sanatan has been educating seekers about the various means to combat them. Guidance has been given to meditate during the specified times slots (meditation sessions). I have been putting this guidance into practice regularly from the time it has been given and I find that my meditation has improved a lot. During a meditation session on 1 January 2003, I experienced a state of thoughtlessness and lost body awareness. I also saw in a subtle vision, that some dark negative forces were attacking me, but that they were being repelled by a transparent sheath around me.

[During meditation, one gets elevated to a higher and subtler plane, where negative energies do not exist Further, one also benefits from H. H. Dr. Jayant Athavale's resolve (sankalpa) for protection of seekers, behind the meditation sessions, as seen above.

Obstacles to chanting* are overcome after frequent and sincere prayers
For the past few years, I am doing spiritual practice under the guidance of the Sanatan. Recently, in order to increase consistency in my spiritual practice I have been taking guidance from my guiding seeker Mrs. Bhavna Shinde from the USA. She reminded me about the recent guidance on praying every five minutes during the course of the day. Immediately I started to put the guidance into practice. On the first day itself, I found my chanting very consistent at work and also felt very peaceful from within. On the second day I had an inner feeling that negative energies were trying to obstruct me from doing spiritual practice. Even as I was trying to undertake the correct means to combat them, I became involved in an unfruitful discussion with my colleague, which led to my chanting being inconsistent and nothing like the day before. The next day, when I was confronted with a similar situation I concentrated on praying every few minutes, as per the guidance given. It was due to these prayers that I was not drawn in to the conversation and hence, could make sure that my spiritual practice was smooth through out the day at work.

The Sanatan's satsang in Brisbane, Australia.

[Negative energies (as a result of a decline in spiritual practice in society) often obstruct spiritual practice, taking advantage of seekers' weaknesses, like extroversion, being disorganized, a reactive nature, etc. With continual monitoring of spiritual practice, and sincere and frequent prayer, one can ensure smooth spiritual practice, as seen above.
