The purpose of Dharmajagruti Sabhas
1. To create mass awareness amongst Hindus on various problems affecting Hindu Dharma.
2. To create a platform for uniting Hindus and various Hindu Organisations.
3. To put pressure on the Government to look into various problems faced by Hindus.
An overview of the Sabhas is given in Table 'A'; we reproduce here some significant points.

Ramnathi (Ponda, Goa) -
Gurupournima is the day to worship the Guru and to express complete gratitude for what we have received and have been receiving from Him. On this day, remembering the great Guru-disciple tradition, seekers from all faculties who represent the Sanatan Hindu culture and who preserve the Guru-disciple tradition worship the Guru. The Guru-disciple tradition is a gift of Sanatan Hindu culture to the world. The tradition is at the core of the system of imparting of knowledge and learning, in which the relationship of the one who imparts knowledge and the one who receives it are exemplary.

Vijaywada (Andhra Pradesh) -
Two years ago a Sanatan seeker came into contact with Mr. CBR Prasad at Vijaywada.
Mr. Prasad was deeply impressed by Sanatan's objectives and mission and requested that Sanatan start its activities in Vijaywada. Thus, Sanatan activities started here due to the efforts of this Dharmabhimani. We provide here a glimpse into Mr. Prasad's love for his motherland and Dharma.

 Mumbai -
Mainstream Newspapers have reported that the Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) of Maharashtra Police on 14th June night arrested two persons (and 3 later) for their alleged involvement in planting crude explosive devices in two auditoriums and a movie hall over the last four months. While seven persons were injured in the blast at Gadkari Rangayatan in Thane on 4th June, the devices planted inside the Vishnudas Bhave Natyagruha at Vashi on 31st May and Cineraj movie hall at Vashi on 20th February were recovered live.
