Yavatmal (Maharashtra)
Spread Hindu Dharma and follow the path of righteousness and spiritual practice
Mr. Sanjaybhau Rathod (Shiv Sena MLA) said, "Hindus will wake up only when they are thrashed. The enemy is fully prepared, whereas we will not find even a cane in the house of a Hindu." Mr. Haribhau Rathod (BJP MP) said,
"Time has come to wake up Hindus. It is unfortunate that Hindus have to be reminded that they are Hindus."
Mr. Vinay Panvalkar (Chief of Dharmashakti Sena) said, "In Muslim countries, Hindus are prohibited from celebrating their religious festivals as also even keeping pictures of Deities. There is no place for Hindus in Pakistan even for Hindu cremation. In Bangladesh, Hindu men have to wear
'lungis' and women cannot apply 'kumkum'. In our country, condition of Hindus is no better. NDF, an Organisation promoted by Marxists has started killing Hindus. Naxalites have taken over control of 256 Districts in this country. The banned Muslim Organisation
'SIMI' is preparing for a civil war. All of us are responsible for this condition.
We Hindus do not even retaliate. The society that does not rebel against injustice deserves to be destroyed." Mr. Nandkumar Jadhav (Sanatan Sanstha) said,
"No one is proud to be a Hindu. Anyone can say anything about Dharma. Even if obscene and denigrating pictures of Hindu Deities and
'Bharatmata' are sold in the country and overseas, we impotent Hindus keep quiet.
'I will think of only my happiness, let anything happen to the Nation or Dharma', such selfish mentality of Hindus is responsible for the sorry state of Hindus. We have to therefore, not only spread Hindu Dharma but also follow the path of righteousness and spiritual practice."
Mr. Ramesh Shinde (HJS Spokesperson for West Bharat) said, "Shiv Sena won the election in Thane. BJP is victorious in Karnataka. Such incidents are definitely encouraging and positive. We organised 5 Dharma-sabhas with the permission of Election Commission in Karnataka even when elections were due. Even in Thane, Dharmasabha was held before elections. Therefore, I can say that wherever there is Dharma (righteousness), there is victory. The time is now right for creating awareness amongst Hindus towards their Dharma." He added,
"Today, distorted history is taught to us. It is the ploy of this secular Government that no revolutionary or national hero like Sambhaji is born. This is affecting our youth and their capabilities. When we say that poverty cannot be a reason for conversions, tell me, how many poor Muslims or Christians are converting to other religions? We have no pride towards our Dharma due to lack of proper training and education."
HBP Narayan Maharaj Shinde said, "Among the converts, 85% are Hindus. Our style of speaking, behaving, wearing clothes etc. is responsible for our conversions. We have to first discard our habits. A Sikh Prime Minister, who is supposed to be a protector of Hindu Dharma is dancing to the tune of a foreigner lady. Afzal has to be hanged. If you are incapable of doing it, give us powers and we will do it."
Pandharpur (Maharashtra)
Increase your 'Brahma-tej' and 'Kshatra-tej' by taking self-defence training!
Pandharpur, the land of Saints, was all set to teach a lesson to heretics and anti-Hindus with the blessings of Lord Pandurang. Devout Hindus participating in the Dharmasabha readied themselves to take firm action to bring about change. Pro-Hindu slogans, raised by the 7000 devout rent the air.
The Dharmasabha began in a Divine and sattvik atmosphere with recitation of Ved-mantras. HBP Shivanikar Maharaj lit the ceremonious lamp followed with a review of HJS activities presented by Dr. Shripad Pethkar, the convener of the Sabha for HJS. The Dharmasabha was graced with the presence of many Saints and Hindus from various fields. Banner of
'Dharmashakti Sena' was unveiled by HBP Shivanikar Maharaj by placing a garland over it and breaking a coconut.
Mr. Dwaipayan Warkhedkar fighting a court case against anti-Hindu painter MF Husain was felicitated on the occasion. Mrs. Anita Bunage, a represent-ative of
'Dainik Sanatan Prabhat' was also felicitated for her significant contribution to the fiery Hindu Periodical. Mr. Vinay Panvalkar said,
"When we follow the path of righteousness, we can imbibe the Divine energy; besides, Dharma-shakti required for fighting the heretics also gets activated. Hindus must educate themselves in matters related to Dharma and increase their
'Brahma-tej' and 'Kshatra-tej' by taking self-defence training."
Mr. Ramesh Shinde said, "In the battle for protection of Dharma, only God can save us from the unrighteous and heretics; but we need to pay attention to our individual spiritual practice." HBP Shankar Maharaj Badave, Priest of Lord Pandurang Temple, Pandharpur said,
"HJS' mission of protecting Hindu Dharma and creating awareness among Hindus towards their Dharma is very essential in today's times. Our best wishes and blessings of Lord Pandurang are with
HJS."

Training Camp for Reporters
God-realisation through Journalism
Devad (Panvel) -
With a view to create good reporters and seeker-reporters for the Marathi 'Dainik Sanatan Prabhat', a residential camp was held at Sanatan's Ashram here between Vaishakh Krushna Trutiya and Vaishakh Krushna Panchami (23rd and 25th May 2008); those who have an inclination and the skill to edit and compile news participated in the camp. Participants came from Maharashtra, Goa and Karnataka. Renowned senior journalist Mr. Arvind Kulkarni and H.H. Pande Maharaj (the resident Saint at Sanatan's Devad Ashram) inaugurated the camp and imparted guidance to participants.
The practical sessions in the camp included preparation of general news, reports on press conferences, deciphering information received by fax, how to improve our qualities while doing the reporter-seva, how to take photographs, study of news of other newspapers, how to awaken and spread righteousness amongst masses whilst doing this seva, how to write articles, preparing a synopsis of selected news from a daily, writing letters and establishing contact with editors of other newspapers, punctuation, test of word knowledge, training in answering questions about Sanatan Prabhat and being able to prepare a report while watching footage of news broadcast on various television channels. In addition, the qualities of the attending seekers as reporters was evaluated.
A brief on the guidance provided at the camp is given here.
Reporters should make the society aware of its duty!
In his address, renowned senior journalist, Mr. Arvind Kulkarni said, "Today the society is not in a healthy state. Every person has to perform his duty appropriately, so as to bring back its past glory. A reporter can make every citizen aware of his duty. The one who does so can rightly be called a reporter."
Mr. Kulkarni added, "The more we read and contemplate, better will be our seva of reporting. We should have intense faith in our Hindu philosophy. Simultaneously, we should work towards possessing an unblemished character, looking at everybody with motherly love, studying every person and event we come across, identifying good people around us etc. If this is done systematically, we will excel in the seva of reporting."
The path of a reporter should lead you from being a seeker to a Saint!
In His guidance, H.H. Pande Maharaj said, "Problems of people solved once, may arise again after some time. To solve such problems,
'Sanatan platforms' should be established every-where. Seekers should be posted at such platforms to explain to the people the reasons for their problems and the solutions. To become worthy of such posts, we should remove our personality defects and ego, and enhance our qualities. The path of a reporter should lead you from being a seeker to a Saint. Constant alertness and awareness is necessary to create a connection with God through the medium of reporter-seva. To maintain the Divine connection, we should continue with our chanting and create chaitanya (Divine consciousness) in ourselves. Without getting disheartened by various obstacles, we should strengthen our mental capacity by enhancing our vyashti and samashti sadhana. A reporter should keep himself updated on each subject. Towards this, he should awaken the energy of subtle intellect in himself. Of course, he should not forget to have an attitude that, God alone is getting all these things done from him!"

Seekers Conducting Sanskar-vargs Trained to Dispel Ignorance!
Devad (Panvel) -
A camp to assess and train seekers who conduct Sanatan's 'Sanskar-vargs' was held at Sanatan's Ashram here between Vaishakh Krushna Navami and Vaishakh Krushna Dwadashi (29th May and 1st June 2008). A brief on guidance at the camp is given here.
Sanskar-varg seekers should work towards removing ignorance of students and manifest their energy!
"The values imbibed in childhood are the point of emergence of the adult and hence, these values should be all encompassing. Seekers conducting Sanskar-vargs should make use of the knowledge gained in this camp to remove the ignorance that has engulfed students, thus helping them to manifest their dormant energy", said H.H. Pande Maharaj while inaugurating the camp, which was attended by 63 trainees.
H. H. Pande Maharaj further said, "The energy that is active in this body is the Primal Energy. We have to teach the students how to correctly manifest this Energy."
Students should work towards creating a Guru-Shishya relationship with their teachers!
Today's children are the future citizens of this country. It is imperative that right values be inculcated in them from a tender age itself. School-going children do not behave respectfully with their teachers; as a result, the Guru-Shishya relationship between them is fast becoming extinct. It is necessary to re-establish this relationship. If they are taught the importance of teachers in their school life, they will definitely behave accordingly. To inspire and motivate students towards this goal, seekers of Sanatan Sanstha have been imparting noble thoughts.
How should children behave with their teachers?
The one who serves as our role model and gives us new knowledge everyday is our teacher. Teachers sacrifice their body and mind for our sake. Everyday, they strive to impart knowledge to us. When they are prepared to give up everything for us, how should we behave with them? We ought to have an attitude of gratitude towards them. They help shape our lives by teaching us to distinguish right from wrong. In this process, they often get angry with us, beat us or scold us; but it does not mean that they do not love us. They love us like our mother does, and their aim is always to ensure that we grow up to be good and learned with the right values. Our little minds cannot comprehend that their strictness is for a good cause. Hence, some students behave rudely with their teachers, talking back to them and not listening to what they say.
Nowadays, children imitate teachers behind their backs and pass comments, ridiculing them while the class is in progress, thus making the other children also laugh at their teachers
- all this is wrong. Do not do this and stop others from doing this.
If I am a student, I have to follow the code of righteousness of a student. Only then can our lives become Blissful. Let us all behave as per our Dharma, so as to acquire God's love. If we behave with gratitude, our teachers will become even more interested in giving us new knowledge, and they will also feel happy.
Learn how to see God in your teacher!
Teachers like students who behave as per their directions. We should learn to see God in our teachers. When one student begins to change, others also follow. We have to make our friends aware of our Dharma. There is only one God within us all. That means the same God is within our teachers too. Hence, if we talk rudely to our teacher, it is like talking rudely to God Himself!
