Distortion of Ramayan by 'Bhimrao Ambedkar Samaj Sudhar Samiti' in UP and Gujarat
Lucknow - A VCD titled 'Teesri Azadi' prepared by 'Bhimrao Ambedkar Samaj Sudhar Samiti' depicts a distorted version of Ramayan and is being shown in various parts of Uttar Pradesh. The VCD states that Lord Ram was against the Dalits (the socially downtrodden) and He killed a Dalit who touched His feet by mistake. TV channel IBN7 telecast the highlights of this VCD. The workers of the Samiti have said that they have the support of Bahujan Samaj Party's
(BSP) MP Mr. Lalmani Prasad. However, Mr. Prasad denied the statement of the Samiti. He said,
"I am a life-member of the Organisation. (This is a skin-saving policy of the BSP! If he does not support the workers of the Organisation, why is he its life-member?
- Editor) "I only attend their programmes", he said. The citizens are of the view that the VCD, which has been prepared to remove differences amongst the Dalits, is going to prove a headache for Ms. Mayavati.

In the land of Lord Parshuram Hindus resolve to Protect Dharma
Devgad (Maharashtra) - Today Hindu Dharma is under siege from all sides. On the one hand onslaughts continue in the form of degeneration of the community due to the blind following of western culture, anti-Hindu laws being enacted by the secular leaders, increasing pace of conversion of Hindus, destruction of Ram Setu, shadow of Jihadi's on the Hindu community and its temples, vandalism of idols of Hindu Deities etc. and on the other, the Hindu community has not awakened to the danger and remains inert and inactive. Therefore, with the aim of making the Hindus aware of the ensuing dangers and preparing them for protection of Dharma and unifying them, Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) conducted a Hindu Dharmajagruti Sabha on Phalgun Shuddha Chaturthi 1929 (11th March 2008) in Jamsande-Devgad.
The Sabha held in the land of Lord Parshuram attracted more than 2200 Hindus who vociferously resolved to counter the aggressions on Hindu Dharma!
The Sabha was held on the grounds opposite Jamsande High School. H.H. Parulekar Maharaj, a Saint from Varad, Malvan lit the traditional lamp. Present on the dais were H.H. Sawant Maharaj (of H.H. Gagangiri Maharaj Sampradaya from Vengurla), Mr. Ramesh Shinde (Spokesperson of HJS for West Bharat) and Mr. Vinay Panvalkar (Sanatan Sanstha). Some highlights are presented here.
Important resolutions passed amidst slogans of 'Har Har Mahadev'

2.The Hindu-hater MF Husain be declared a criminal and arrested immediately.

4.Strong action be taken against those who indulge in denigration of Hindu Deities through advertisements, plays, pictures, material, products etc.

In a monarchy, the Saints were honoured first; but in a Democracy, the honour goes to leaders!
In a monarchy, the Saints were honoured first; but in a Democracy the honour goes to leaders! Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj could kill Afzal Khan on the strength of blessings of Deities and the Saints. Today the qualities required for manly endeavour are sadly missing in the politicians. Through his action, Shivaji Maharaj showed that he was a great king. Today the Government machinery is riddled with corruption and immorality. The task of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti is vast. If everyone sacrifices for the sake of Dharma, it will not be long when the sufferings end. I bless HJS! - H.H. Sawant Maharaj
First step for a Dharmik awakening is spiritual practice
The first step for a Dharmik awakening is spiritual practice. Doing spiritual practice is the most effective remedy for changing the lives of people.
- Mr. Vinay Panvalkar
If art is utilised for mass awakening, it can lead to a mass movement!
Our own Hindus indulge in denigration of our Deities through Bhajans and Dashavatar. If we ourselves are doing this, why should MF Husain be blamed? This is a regional art; but it is also a means of mass awakening. If art is utilised for this, it can lead to a mass movement. When flex-posters about the Sabha were being put up in Devgad town, the Police said,
"If anything untoward happens, you will be held responsible." Why do the Police not arrest those who indulge in untoward incidents? Do the Police have the guts to say this to Muslims? It is because Hindus keep quiet that such things happen. Today Pujya Sambhaji Bhide Guruji, who is 78 years old, is caned by the Police. The main reason for such acts is the fact that Hindus do not come together and unite.

Divine Radiance and Warrior Spirit necessary for a Dharmik Revolution!
Saints possess only Divine radiance; hence they are unable to launch a Dharmik revolution. If one has only Divine radiance, one does not take action at the gross level.
Revolutionaries of 1857 and those like Swatantryaveer Savarkar had only a warrior-spirit; so they too could not (and cannot) launch a Dharmik revolution. With only a warrior spirit, action takes place only at a mental level; it does not get God's blessings.
Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj could bring about a Dharmik revolution because he had both, a Divine radiance and a warrior-spirit. His Divine radiance was a result of his Guru Samarth Ramdas Swami's grace. When both these are present, action gets done as per God's wish. Success is assured, when it has the blessings of God!
We want the Dharmik revolution to succeed. It is therefore imperative that we do spiritual practice to imbibe Divine radiance and obtain appropriate training in modern weapons to imbibe a warrior-spirit.
During the Dharmik revolution, public property such as buses, railways, television stations etc. will not be destroyed (this is what political parties do); but heretic and anti-National leaders and followers of all political parties will be destroyed!
No alternative but to follow in the footsteps of Naxalites!
The Naxalites and Muslims do not indulge in futile exercises like collecting signatures, staging demonstrations, taking out rallies etc.; they acquire whatever they want. On the contrary, the pro-Hindu Organisations spend years and years in collecting signatures, staging demonstrations and its output is nil! Despite a number of demonstrations, the heretic Marathi play
'Vastraharan', Exhibition and sale of nude pictures of Hindu Deities drawn by Hindu-hater painter MF Husain continue unhindered. Denigration of Deities also continues unabated. Why, the pro-Hindu workers are also getting beaten up by the Police! To stop all this, remember, today or tomorrow, we will have to follow in the footsteps of the Naxalites and Terrorists! - H.H. Dr. Athavale, Founder, Sanatan Sanstha.
