Most people have a misconception
that practising Spirituality means going to places of worship,
listening to discourses, reading spiritual texts, doing
periodic readings from holy texts (parayans), etc. By practising
Spirituality according to ones own intellect and according
to sectarian norms, spiritual progress occurs very slowly.
Also one often does not get spiritual experiences. Consequently
many start losing faith in Spirituality. To avoid this and
to make rapid spiritual progress by practising Spirituality,
this book gives guidance on the practice of Spirituality
an individual should follow, based on the fundamental principle
of Spirituality that there are as many temperaments
as there are people and corresponding number of paths of
Spirituality and according to the influence of time
(kal).
